Rumson Open Space and Affordable Housing, Inc

The Fairness Hearing, previously rescheduled for May 4, 2020 is rescheduled for June 15, 2020 beginning at 9:00 a.m., and continuing, if needed, on June 22, 2020 beginning at 10:30 a.m. If the courthouse is not open to the public, the Fairness Hearing may be held via videoconference and broadcast on the New Jersey Courts website. If the Fairness Hearing is to be held in that manner, instructions on how to watch and participate at the Fairness Hearing will be posted on the Borough of Rumson’s website.


Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the Fairness Hearing on June 15 and potentially June 22.

The Fairness Hearing, previously scheduled for March 26, 2020 beginning at 9:00 a.m., is rescheduled for May 4, 2020 beginning at 10:00 a.m., and continuing, if needed, on May 5, 2020 beginning at 9:00 a.m. In the meantime, let’s hope for the best, and please mark your calendars and plan to attend the Fairness Hearing on May 4 and potentially May 5th.

While some residents took precautionary measures in light of coronavirus, a strong resident turnout filled the social space within the Knights of Columbus council in Fair Haven Wednesday evening.


ROSAH conveyed the history of affordable housing in the state, the efforts the borough has made to build affordable housing and remain compliant, the circumstances that brought ROSAH together, what ROSAH has accomplished thus far, and ROSAH's path forward. An involved audience evaluated the short and long term affordable housing issues facing Rumson. ROSAH continues to expand its community outreach and is building.
