Rumson Open Space and Affordable Housing, Inc

The Internal Revenue Service has granted ROSAH 501(c)(3) status as a public charity.


This is to be applied retroactively to ROSAH's founding in February 12, 2020.


Any contributions already made to ROSAH are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Please also note that depending on when you attempt to enter the zoom meeting, you may be in the waiting room until there is an appropriate break in the presentation of evidence to admit you. For example, individuals who appear in the waiting room during the direct examination of a witness may remain in the waiting room until after the direct examination is completed. Testimony from Rumson Borough, Yellow Brook, Fair Share Housing and ROSAH will take place first. Upon the completion of this testimony the judge will open up discussion to public testimony. Therefore, it is possible that public testimony will not begin until later in the day on July 9 or until sometime on July 15.
